1. Within the product portal go to "Growth".

2. Now, select "Activations".

3. From there you will be able to view all the customers that have an activated gift card. To find more details about the gift card, click on the customers name and a pop up should appear with more information about the gift card.

From there you will be able to view where the gift card was purchased from, issue a refund for the gift card and view when the gift card was purchased.
