Within the Stampede Insight app, you are able to view all of your customer's gift cards and the amount they have on their gift card. You are also able to redeem gift cards within the app, below is a guide on how to do this.

1. Launch and sign into the Stampede Insight app.

2. Press the 'Menu' button on the bottom left of the page.

3. Press on 'Gift Cards'.

4. From here, you will be able to view all the gift cards that your venue has. To redeem a customers gift card, click on the camera icon on the top right of your screen. You may be presented with a pop up asking to allow Stampede access to your camera.

5. To scan a customers gift card, position your camera over the QR code and allow Stampede to read the QR code. Once completed, you will see a screen of how much the gift card is worth and if it has been validated or not.
