  1. Select Bookings from the left-hand side and select your venue.

  2. At the bottom of the page select Tables.

  3. From here, you will be able to view all your tables within the venue. To create a new table, click on Add Table at the top left.

Note: Clicking the accessibility icon will open up the ability to add accessibility information to your tables, this will show on your booking view as accessible tables if you have configured a table to represent this, additionally these will be made available for customers to book online.

  4. A pop-up will appear to fill in the information about that table:

Table Name: This is the name of the table you’re adding, this is usually set to the table number

Minimum/Maximum Capacity: This is the minimum number and the maximum number of customers who can sit at this table. For example, you may have a small table that can accommodate 2 customers but you may have a large table that can accommodate 6 customers you may only want bookings that have more than 4 customers so that table gets utilised.

Priority: This allows you to prioritise bookings for this table, 1 being the least priority and 5 being the most priority. You may want to set tables that sit near the window to the highest priority (5) to fill the tables at the front first but you may want to set the priority for tables that may be hidden in the back to the lowest priority (1).

Active: This sets the table's status from being active or not. You may have a few tables which are only used for walk-ins and aren’t bookable online, you should disable these tables.

  5. Once you have entered the appropriate information for your table, click on Save.

  6. You will now have a new table within your tables section, you can add as many tables as you’d like. Once you have created your tables, you can add these to your floor plan. Check out our guide on setting up your floor plans here.
