Booking types allow you to refine bookings made by your customers. If you have certain deals such as afternoon tea or a boozy brunch you can make this a bookable option.

  1. Select Bookings from the left-hand side and select your venue.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the bookings page and select Configuration.

  3. Then select times from the top of the page. This brings you to the settings pages for different time events for your venue.

  4. Click the plus icon beside the booking types section to begin creating your booking type.

  5. A pop-up will appear to enter the information for the booking type:

Name: This is the booking type name, this could be 'Afternoon Tea', 'Bowling', or 'Spa'.

Tables: These are the tables applied to this type, you may have a section in the venue that is just for the bar area and not for food you can also select table combinations.

Times: Enter the times that customers can book this type, for lunchtime you may only want to allow bookings for only midday and not for the evening additionally you can select the duration of these booking types.

  6. Once you've applied the settings for the type, you can then click on Save.

Note: You can edit these types by clicking the small pencil icon beside your booking type, or delete by pressing the bin icon.
