Once you have logged into the product, click on the 'WiFi' icon on the left side of the screen, then choose your venue.

Once you have selected your venue, click 'Venue Settings'

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and under the controller tab, click 'Timeout (Minutes)' and set the time allocated to each user before the connection is timed out.
