Setup and configuration for Meta Facebook ads synchronisation

Meta Integration allows you to sync lead campaigns on Facebook into Stampede and sync segments from Stampede in custom Facebook audiences.

This will allow you to create audiences with Stampede segments for use in Facebook ads to retarget customers. Helping you acquire new customers and retain existing ones. For example, you can target a customer who has viewed your advert and never visited your venue.


Connecting Your Meta Account

1) Click on Marketing on the left-hand side. Then Select Meta.

2) Connect your Meta account by clicking the Connect Meta Account button at the top right. This will bring you to Facebook allowing you to sync Stampede to your ads account.

3) Once connected you will see two new objects present on the Meta page within Stampede:

Synced Ad Accounts - Displays all the ad accounts that are running on your Facebook page.
Synced Meta Pages - Displays all the Facebook pages attached to your account and allows you to sync them to Stampede venues.


Synced Ad Accounts

This section shows the Meta accounts and custom audiences synced. These are the audiences that you can use in Meta advert campaigns.


Clicking Show More will display all the audiences available and whether or not they are linked to Stampede. You can use the Create From Segment to generate a Meta audience from an existing Stampede segment.


Creating a Custom Audience

This enables you to sync Stampede segments with Meta audiences, with just a few clicks!

Click the Create From Segment button and you will see a list of all your current Stampede segments, hit Create on the segment of your choice to build the custom audience.

Stampede will send CRM segments to Meta, while in return Meta will send page leads back to Stampede. Meta audiences are not editable within Stampede.


Synced Meta Pages

If you have multiple venues on Stampede and Meta you can specify which Meta Pages are linked to which venue.

Meta Pages will be displayed on the left and you can adjust the venue linked by clicking the venue name on the right.

This will also display all associated lead gen forms with that Meta Page and the total number of leads, along with the last submission.


Reporting and Marketing

Stampede automatically creates Meta segments whenever a page lead is generated on a synced ad account for an advert.

This will appear in Marketing -> Segments. Identifiable by the meta symbol at the bottom right-hand side.


This segment cannot be edited as Meta has created it and will contain details of customers who have generated a lead from the linked campaign. This can be combined with other segments for use in marketing within Stampede.

Within custom segments, the Meta fields are Meta Lead Form and Meta Lead Form Submission At.

Within Reports -> Interactions. A new data source has been added to manage Meta data named Digital Lead Form.
