Head over to the marketing tab on the left-hand side of the page. 

Click on ‘SMS Credits’ on the left-hand side of the page.

Once you have clicked on SMS Credits, you will be able to view a report of all your SMS credit transactions. To add more credits, click on the shopping basket icon on the top right of your page.

A pop up will appear with the number of credits you would like to purchase and what this will cost you. Each credit is 1 message, if you are sending to a database of 5000 you would need to have at least 5000 credits to make sure that the SMS campaign gets sent out to all of your customers. Once you are happy with the number of credits you would like to purchase, click on the ‘Buy Now’ button. This will take an immediate payment out of the primary payment method on your account.

Once you have clicked on ‘Buy Now’, you will be able to see your available balance go up with the credits you just purchased.
