Select Reviews on the left-hand side.
Select Responses to view all reviews from all venues, or navigate to your page to view only those.
While in Responses you can filter reviews by clicking on Review Filters at the top of the page.
You can respond to these customers by clicking on the reply button - Once you have contacted the customer you can mark it as completed by clicking on the checkbox.
- Rating: Filter your reviews by the stars given.
- Platform: Filter by the platform the review was placed e.g Facebook, Google, Tripadvisor and Stampede (particularly the negative ones Stampede has prevented from going public).
- Sentiment: Filter the review by the content of the review if it has a positive, neutral, mixed or negative sentiment.
- Marked as: Allows you to filter by reviews that have been marked as complete or not complete.
If you are looking to filter your reviews by certain pages you can do this by clicking on the filter dropdown on the top right and clicking on the review page you would like to filter the reviews for.
On the left-hand side, you will be able to see the overall rating of your venue(s), amount of reviews per rating and positive or negative keywords. By clicking on the keyword you will be able to see reviews that contain that keyword. These can be positive reviews about 'staff' or 'service' but negative reviews can contain 'cold' or 'slow'.
