What is an offline booking? An offline booking is when staff members can book tables for customers when the venue is closed on that date. For example, you may be closed on a Monday but you might want to book a table for an event that is happening when the venue is closed.

  1. Head over to your bookings page that you'd like to enable offline events for.

  2. Click on 'Settings'

  3. Within settings, ensure that 'Allow offline/private bookings to be made by staff' is enabled.

  4. Head over to Day Planner/List View and click on 'Create Booking' on the top right.

  5. You will now be able to create a booking on a day that the venue is closed.
