An offline booking is when staff members can book tables for customers when the venue is closed on that date. For example, you may be closed on a Monday but you might want to book a table for an event that is happening when the venue is closed.
Select Bookings on the left-hand side and select the venue you wish to make an offline booking.
Scroll to the bottom of the bookings page and select Configuration.
Within Configuration in the Bookings section, tick the 'Allow offline/private bookings to be made by staff'.
You will now be able to create a booking on a day that the venue is closed.
