Table combinations allow you to collect more reservations than you typically would. This is done by combining multiple available tables to support a larger group.
If you haven't set up tables yet see How to create tables.
Select Bookings on the left-hand side, then select your venue.
At the bottom of the bookings page click Tables
From this view, you can see all your created tables. Select the table you wish to combine, and click the Combine button at the far right of the table.
A pop-up will appear to enter the details of your table combination. Enter the information for your table combination.
Combination Name: This is a name you can give to the combination, this can be 'Bar Area', 'Sports Room' or you can have the table names.
Minimum/Maximum Capacity: This is the minimum/maximum capacity of this table combination.
Priority: This allows you to prioritise bookings for this table combination, 1 being the least priority and 5 being the most priority.
Active: This allows you to set this combination active and allow bookings to this combination.
Once you have filled in your table combination information. Click on Save
