If you've got your own till system that generates custom codes, you can import these into Stampede and use these within a voucher campaign. This means every customer will receive a unique code to prevent any abuse of codes being passed around.
Select Marketing on the left-hand side.
Select Vouchers.
To create a new voucher click on the plus icon on the top right. If you've already created a gift voucher, click on the voucher name and skip to step 4.
A pop-up will appear to enter the details of the voucher like the name of the voucher, description, amount and expiration date of the voucher. Once entered, click on Create.
You'll be prompted with the voucher details, from here you can view the codes that have already been issued and the performance of the vouchers like how many vouchers were generated, redeemed and the percentage rate that has been redeemed. To import your voucher codes, click on the Import CSV button on the top right.
A pop-up will appear to upload the CSV file. The first record must contain a header named code. The following new lines after the header must contain voucher codes. You can download a CSV example below:
Once you have chosen the CSV file, click on 'Upload'.
You've now uploaded your custom voucher codes. Create your campaign and choose the voucher that you just created. Check out our other guide about creating a voucher campaign.
