How to Setup Stampede Inbox: Email Client

How to setup Stampede inbox on your email inbox.

Stampede Inbox allows you to link your business email inbox directly through Stampede.

This can allow your team to respond and reply to enquiries without accessing your email directly. Additionally, emails are managed in threads, allowing you to organise conversations better, moving these to closed when complete.

Setting up your inbox is a simple procedure and may vary depending on your email client, but the steps will be similar in all most cases, if you have any trouble setting up your inbox contact us and we can help!

This tutorial will focus on utilising Gmail:

  1. Select Settings from your home page, by clicking on your account picture.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see Inbox settings. This stores the stampede email forwarding addresses.

    There are two options:

    1. Organisation - Configure your inbox to receive all emails from all your venues.

    2. Venue - Configure your inbox to receive emails from a specific venue.

  3. Copy the Stampede mail address for either your organisation or venue.

  4. Navigate to Gmail and select Settings then See all settings.

  5. Select the Forwarding POP/IMAP tab.

  6. Select Add a forwarding address and paste the Stampede mail address.

  7. Confirm, and you will be brought to another page to verify.

  8. Head back to Inbox on Stampede a message from Stampede Team will be available. Within this message, copy the confirmation code.

  9. Head back to your Gmail and paste the confirmation code, and click verify.

  10. After this, click the button below to forward your mail to the Stampede Inbox.

Now you have set up email forwarding to your Stampede Inbox!
