How to respond to reviews with Stampede

Once a customer has left a review, this will be synced to your review page. From here you view and respond to reviews from within Stampede, quickly and easily.

Stampede reviews automatically keep less than 3-star reviews internal and those greater are given the opportunity to post those reviews to your linked 3rd party review platforms.

Reviews will allow you to reply to negative reviews internally, this utilises the Inbox feature, ensure you have set this up prior, see How to Setup Stampede Inbox, if you haven't already.

  1. Select Reviews from the left-hand side.

  2. Select Responses to view all reviews from all venues, or navigate to your page to view only those.

  3. You can filter reviews at the top-right, to change the rating, venue or review source (plus more!) Once you have found a review you would like to respond to hit the reply button on the right-hand side of the review.

  4. If the review is via Stampede, you will be able to utilise the Inbox feature to respond to the review. If via a third party, you will be redirected to that website, to leave a public response.

  5. Once complete, you can hit the tick button to mark it as so.
