Viewing customer interactions can help you better understand who visits your establishments, which venues are most popular, and how customer data is being introduced to your Stampede database.

  1. In the bottom-left corner of the screen, click the 'Reports' button.

  2. Click 'Interactions' to view data on all customers interactions with your system.

  3. In the top right corner is a series of icons:

    1. The 'Filter' icon allows you to filter by venue and data source (import, WiFi login, etc)

    2. The 'Refresh' icon (pretty self explanatory) refreshes the dataset, showing the latest data.

    3. The 'Add Guest' icon is a legacy feature that is no longer functional. To add guests to your system, go into marketing> segments> click the downward arrow in the top right corner> upload customer.

  4. When you set up your filters and refresh the screen, this is the screen you should be shown. (redacted for the purpose of GDPR). This page shows you who was added to your customer database, when, how and at what venue.
