Gift cards
- Log into product.stampede.ai, then on the left pane, click 'Reports'
At the bottom of the page, under the 'Sales' reports tab, you will find the topics for this article: 'Gift Cards' and 'Transactions'. Let's start with gift cards.
- At the top of the page, there's a date range tool that lets you filter your gift card data by days, weeks, months, years, or specific dates.
On this page, you'll find data along with graphical representations of the information. You can filter this data by venue for a more detailed analysis.
Transactions
Now, let's return to the 'Sales' reporting tab to examine transactions. Click on the 'Transactions' icon.
At the top of the page, you will find a date range tool to filter your transaction data by days, weeks, months, years, or specific dates.
In the top right corner of the page, you'll see the 'Filter' icon, which allows you to search transactions by venue.
In addition to filtering, you'll find graphical representations in the form of a line graph. This provides a clear and easy-to-read diagram of your total value, transaction data, and average customer value.
- Lastly, your transaction report includes a detailed list of customer data, including the amounts they purchased and when.
