In this article you will learn how to edit WiFi payments that have already been made by searching up the customer's account.

Click the 'Search' icon in the bottom right

In the 'Search customer' enter the email address/ phone number of the customer, once you find their account, the underlined contact info.

On their account you will find every interaction the customer has made since registering on your WiFi. At the top of the screen you will find the "WiFi" Icon. Click it.

At the bottom of this page you will find 'WiFi Payments', click the dropdown menu. You can now see all WiFi payments and devices (both active devices and previously connected devices.)

At the right side of the payment, click the 'Edit' icon, shown below is the payment editing screen, you can edit the number of devices, payment amount, and number of hours of access for the account (Note: Don't forget to save your changes)
