Users can select "Bookings" from the menu, choose their venue, and navigate to "Configuration" to manage time settings. By selecting "Times," users can access the "Special Dates" section to add or edit special dates, specifying details like name, dates, party size, table selection, and opening times. Once set, special dates can be saved, edited, or deleted as needed.
With Stampede bookings, you have the flexibility to adjust your hours of operation to suit special occasions, such as holidays, maintenance closures, or private events.
- Select Bookings from the left-hand menu and choose your venue.
Scroll down to the bottom of the bookings page and select Configuration.
Next, click on Times at the top of the page. This will take you to the settings page where you can manage different time events for your venue.
- The first section on this page is for Special Dates, where you can view all your special dates on the right-hand side. Click the plus icon to start setting it up.
- A popup will appear for you to enter details about your special date. Here, you can adjust the following:
- Name
- Special Dates: Click to access the calendar, then select your start and end dates.
- Min and Max Party Size
- Table Selection: By default, all tables are included, but you can assign specific tables if, for example, a private booking is taking up part of your venue while still allowing for regular bookings or walk-ins.
- Opening Times: This option lets you change the opening times for the week, including the specified dates.
- Once you’ve finished, click Save to activate your special date. You can edit or delete this date by clicking the corresponding icons next to it.
