Sending, receiving, and replying to emails is quite simple. Thanks to our chat-based format and threading, managing your customer emails is a breeze.
Sending an Email:
- Select Inbox on the left-hand side and click the plus button at the top right.

Next, you can compose your email as you normally would, enter the recipient's email address, and press enter to confirm.
Note: You can also format your emails! Just highlight the text to access options like bold, italics, and lists.
- Click send now at the bottom right to send your email.
- Your conversation will then be added to an open thread.
- You can manage the conversation within the Inbox in a chat-based format.
Note: The ticks next to the sender provide tracking information, allowing you to see:
- When you sent the email.
- When your recipient received it.
- When they opened the email.
Email received:
Emails received by your customers will appear in this format, displaying your company email and your Venue name at the top.
Responding to an email:
You can easily reply to emails directly from the Inbox! Just write your response in the text box and hit send.
