Stampede bookings allow users to download individual run sheets for larger events and reserve specific tables or areas for private functions, which are not available for general booking. To create private booking tables, users must navigate to the bookings page, add a new area, and set tables to draft mode. Successfully created offline bookings are indicated by an orange light and are visible to the team but not bookable by guests. For configuring function information, users can create bookings, add details in the Notes tab, and download a formatted function sheet for the event.
With Stampede bookings, you can easily download individual run sheets to help you keep track of information for larger bookings or events. You also have the option to set aside specific tables or areas for private functions that aren't available for general booking; these can only be reserved internally. Creating private booking tables:
- To get started, go to your bookings page and select Tables at the bottom.
- In the top right corner, click the Add button to create a new area. Give this area a name and then click Save.
- Select your new area and click the Add button to add a new table. Adjust the settings to suit your needs, then ensure the table is set to draft before hitting save. Note: If you already have a table in Main, you can select change area to move it to your new area.
- If you see an orange light next to your table, it means you've successfully created an offline booking that will be visible to your team but cannot be booked by guests.
Configuring Function Information:
- Create your booking for the private event by referring to How to create a booking.
- In the booking editor, go to the Notes tab. Enter the information for the booking, either in the text editor or by using your preferred word processor and pasting the details into the Notes box. Note: While the pasted content may appear unformatted in the Notes viewer, it will keep the correct formatting when downloaded.
- Once you’re done, click the grey download button at the top-right.
- You now have a fully formatted function sheet for your upcoming event!
