To modify a booking, such as adding contact details or adjusting time and seating, use the Day planner or List view by clicking the "i" symbol or selecting the booking. Changes cannot be made from the Floor or Calendar views. Once a booking is selected, an update widget allows customisation. After making the necessary changes, click "Update booking" to save, or "cancel" to discard and start over. If you've set up a walk-in and would like to add an email address or phone number for marketing, or perhaps you've seated a customer at the wrong table or need to adjust the time, you're in the right place. Day planner: Simply click the i symbol on your booking. Hovering over it will provide you with a breakdown of the booking.
List view: Click on the booking you wish to change. Floor and Calendar view: Currently, modifying bookings is not available from these views.
After selecting your booking in either the Day planner or list view, the update booking widget will appear, allowing you to customise the booking.
Once you've made your changes, just click the Update booking button. If you happen to make a mistake, there's no need to worry; just click cancel and you can start over.
