A booking-only user in Stampede is someone with access restricted to the bookings section, suitable for front-of-house staff needing to view or make bookings. To create a booking-only user, navigate to the 'Team' section via your profile picture, add a new person by entering their email, fill in their details, and create the user. Finally, adjust their role by selecting 'Actions', then 'Change Role', and choose 'Booking' to set the account as a booking user.
A booking-only user is someone who has access solely to the bookings section within Stampede. This is ideal for staff members working in front of house who need a Stampede account to view or make bookings.
Click on your profile picture at the bottom left and then select Team.
- This will take you to the teams page where you can add a new person by clicking under Add person by email and entering their email address. A pop-up will then appear to help you add the new person to your account.
- Fill in the details for the person you wish to add and then click Create user.
After submitting, you should see the new account you’ve just created. On the right-hand side of the row for your team member, click Actions, then Change Role, and select Booking for the account you want to set as a booking user.
