You can easily make a booking from any view, including the main menu in Stampede Bookings. For more details, check out How to create a walk-in. To access bookings, just click on Venues.
Next, click on Bookings.
At the top of the page, you'll find the Create Booking button.
Clicking this button will allow you to create a booking!
- First, click Create, which will open the Create booking widget on the right-hand side.
You will see the following options:
- Select a date: Choose the date for the booking; it will default to the current date.
- Party size: Indicate how many guests the booking is for.
- Type: This helps you specify the type of booking, such as inside or outside seating.
- Time and duration: Select the time and duration of the booking. It will also show you the next available times if you're busy on a certain day.
- Table choice: After entering the date, time, and party size, Stampede Bookings will automatically suggest the best table. You can change this by clicking the x next to the assigned table and selecting from the list below.
- Customer details: If the customer has previously booked or interacted with your venue, you can search for them. If found in your database, their Name, Email, and Phone Number will be filled in automatically. Note: By default, email and phone number fields are set to ignore; uncheck this box to fill in customer information.
- Internal Notes: A text area for you to enter any important details about the booking.
- Accessibility: This option lets you check if a guest needs a high-chair or has a wheelchair or buggy.
- Create booking / Walk-in button: The final step is to confirm your booking! Just click the button shown below.
