Stampede Inbox offers features for managing conversations internally, including opening and closing threads, leaving notes, and using timestamps and tracking. Users can organise their inbox by marking threads as closed once completed, and reopen them if needed. Internal notes can be added in a chat format, providing reminders or next steps visible only to the team. Timestamps and tracking allow users to see when communications occur, with details available by hovering over messages. This system helps streamline email management and focus on active discussions.
One handy feature of Stampede Inbox is the option to manage your conversations internally.
This includes:
- Opening and closing threads.
- Leaving notes.
- Timestamps and tracking.
Opening and closing threads: To help keep your conversations organised, you can mark a thread as closed once it’s completed. This will help tidy up your inbox and allow your team to concentrate on ongoing discussions instead of sifting through all your emails.
Any conversations you start will automatically be added to the open section.
- To Close a thread, simply select Close thread at the top-right.
- To Reopen a thread, go to the Closed section, select the thread, and then click on Open thread at the top-right.
Leaving notes:
This feature lets you make internal notes that are visible only to your team during email conversations. These can be helpful reminders or details about the next steps.
Notes appear in a chat-based format, allowing you to add information right after an email is sent or received. You can also format your notes by highlighting the text.
- To leave a note, click the email button in the chat box at the bottom of your conversation thread and change it to Note.
- Type your note and hit Add note.
You’ve successfully left an internal note!
Timestamps and Tracking: This feature allows you to keep track of when communications occur, for both emails and notes. Communications are organised by date, making it easy to navigate through a timeline of conversations, with each message showing a timestamp below.
- When you hover over a message, the i symbol appears at the top-left. Clicking this will provide more details about which account sent the email and when.
- Hovering over the tick at the bottom-right of a message will reveal tracking information, showing when the email was sent, delivered to the recipient, and when they opened it.
