Understanding the Booking System Menu and Features – Stampede AI

The article provides an overview of a booking system's menu, detailing features and functionalities to streamline the booking process. Users can select venues, access bookings, and utilise a hotbar for quick navigation, including creating bookings, accessing messages, and searching by customer name. The system offers a day planner for real-time booking views and options to set up tables, areas, and combinations for larger groups. Special settings for dates and booking types are available, along with custom links, design, and configuration options. Upcoming features include Google Reserve integration and detailed reporting capabilities.

The menu for our bookings is designed to meet all your needs, making it easy for you to add bookings, adjust settings, and explore features before making a selection.

Select Venues on the left-hand side, and choose your venue
Click on the Bookings icon. This will take you to the bookings home page.

Hotbar:

Your logo.
The current date.
Covers for the day.

Note: Clicking on the covers for the day will provide a breakdown of their origin.
Create a booking for the day.
The booking Inbox - A quick way to access any messages related to your bookings.
The search function - This allows you to search for bookings using the customer's name.
The change log - A list of all changes made to every booking for that venue, along with a search function.How to view your bookings:

Tables:

Tables - Set up your tables.
Areas - Create areas to manage your sections.
Combinations - Create table combinations to accommodate larger bookings.

Dates & Spaces:

Special Dates - Special dates with different settings from your usual operating settings.
Booking Types - Different types of bookings with unique settings compared to your regular bookings.

Settings:

Links - Allows you to create custom links for specific booking types.
Design - A section for designing your booking widget.
Configuration - Contains the general configuration for most of the booking system.

Other:

Reserve (Coming Soon) - Soon to be available! Google Reserve will enable customers to book directly onto the stampede system through Google.
Reporting (Coming Soon) - Coming soon! This feature will provide in-depth analysis of your bookings.
