Setting up marketing campaigns with Stampede is quite straightforward. You can easily target customers who meet specific criteria, and you have the option to send out one-time campaigns or set them up to be automated, reaching customers whenever they qualify!
- Select Marketing on the left-hand side.
- At the top, select Email to open the email campaign screen. Here, you can view all of your email marketing campaigns.
- To create your marketing campaign, click on the plus sign at the top right.
-
After that, choose an existing template to start your campaign. If you haven't created a template yet, please refer to this guide for assistance. Give your campaign a name and enter the email subject. Once you've filled in all the details, click on Create.
-
Select a segment for your marketing campaign. If you haven't set up a custom segment, please check this guide for help. If you'd like the campaign to trigger automatically when customers meet the criteria, simply turn on the Automation switch.
-
Enter a spend per head amount.
The spend-per-head is calculated based on WiFi returns to your physical venue. For instance, if you input £20, each time a customer returns, you'll see an addition of £20 to your campaign return estimate.
This figure contributes to your ROI (return on investment), which you can view on the main Marketing page. Think of it as the expected amount each person will spend when they revisit your venue for that campaign.
Once you've entered the spend per head amount, click on Continue.
-
In the message step, you'll be able to review your email template and make any necessary adjustments. You can also click on Send Preview to see how the email will appear to customers. When you're satisfied, click on Continue.
-
In the final step, you'll have a chance to review all your settings and ensure everything is set up correctly for your marketing campaign. Once you're happy with everything, simply click on Send to dispatch your marketing campaign.
