In the Stampede Insight app, you can easily check all of your customers' gift cards and their available balances. You can also redeem gift cards right within the app. Here's a simple guide to help you through the process.
1. Open and sign into the Stampede Insight app.
2. Tap the 'Menu' button located at the bottom left of the page.
3. Select 'Gift Cards'.
4. Here, you will see all the gift cards associated with your venue. To redeem a customer's gift card, click on the camera icon at the top right of your screen. You might get a prompt asking for permission to allow Stampede to access your camera.
5. To scan a customer's gift card, position your camera over the QR code and let Stampede read it. Once done, you'll see a screen showing the value of the gift card and whether it has been validated.
