To manage organisations, log into with an admin account. Access "Account Settings" and select "Settings" to explore four main tabs: Organisation, Team, Groups, and Settings. The Organisation tab displays your hierarchy, while the Team tab allows you to manage team members. Use the Groups tab to create sub-organisations and add venues, which can be managed via the Organisation tab. You can also edit organisation or group names in the Settings tab.
To begin with organisations, please visit product.stampede.ai and log in using one of your admin accounts. Once logged in, navigate to the bottom left and click on "Account Settings", then select "Settings" from the drop-down menu. Within this menu, you'll find four main tabs:
- Organisation - This shows your organisation hierarchy, with your main account (billing) at the very top, followed by all venues.
- Team - Here you can view and add team members. For more details, check out https://get.stampede.help/portal/kb/articles/setting-up-your-team.
- Groups - This is where you can create groups and subgroups.
- Settings - You can change the name of the organisation you are currently logged into.

Adding a Group
The first step to get started is to create a sub-organisation (Group). Click on the "Add Group" button and give your group a name.
After creating your group, you’ll want to add venues to it. To do this, go to the "Organisation" tab and select the relevant sites you wish to add to your sub-organisations using the checkboxes on the left side of the site name. You will also need to use the small downward arrow on the top checkbox to choose which sites will be moved to the desired group:
This feature is particularly useful if you have multiple sites managed by different managers.
Now that you’ve completed this step, your selected sites are part of your Sub-Organisation/Group. When you search through your sites, it will appear like this:
Settings
If you need to edit the Organisation or Group name, simply go to "Settings" and make your changes. This will update the name for the organisation you are currently in.
