Stampede allows you to quickly create web forms robust branded web forms for further data capture. Each form is hosted on Stampede with its own unique URL meaning this can be embedded on your website, placed in marketing emails or on social media.
The Newsletter sign-up forms function just like the WiFi data capture fields allowing you to add custom questions but also tag users who complete a signup. This allows you to further segment data, for marketing.

While logged into Stampede click Marketing on the navigation menu.

Within the website section towards the bottom of the page, select Newsletter sign-up forms.

This will show you all the created web forms. Click Add Form or Create New Form to begin building

From here you will be able to modify the form:

Give a Name to your form.
- Select your Brand Kit

Click on Questions to add pre-made items

Select what Venues you'd like these users assigned to.

Add in some Terms & Conditions. "By signing up you agree to be contacted with offers and updates from our business. For full details please visit our privacy policy at [address]" See Data Ownership for more details.
- [Optional] Change the Custom Button Text
- [Optional] Add a Tag (E.G. Newsletter sign-up)
- [Optional] Send to Inbox - Sends all form responses to your Stampede Inbox
- Add Custom Questions, this will be generated after you create your form

You can add in a Redirection, a customer who fills the form is taken to another website or page on your site once the form is finished.

Once complete click on Create Form

This will create the form unlocking the Standalone URL and Iframe. Additionally, this will allow you to now create question questions.
7. If adding custom questions ensure you click the green tick to add this new field and hit save
You have now created your newsletter sign-up form! The Standalone URL will never change, meaning if you make changes to your form you won't have to update this on your campaigns, website or social media!
