- Website Snippet – Use this to embed the form directly into a webpage:
<script src="https://assets.stampede.ai/js/iframeResizer.min.js"></script> <iframe src="https://forms.stampede.ai/220f16fb-dac9-416a-b1e9-e0c0a9ac151c" title="forms-page" style="border:0px #ffffff none;" height="450px" name="form-embed" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" width="100%" allowfullscreen id="stampede-form-widget" onload="iFrameResize({ log: true, inPageLinks: true, heightCalculationMethod: 'bodyScroll' }, '#stampede-form-widget')" ></iframe>
Just copy and paste the code where needed or use the link for a quick standalone form.
