How do I remove someone from my database?

Your users will always be able to unsubscribe from your emails using the button that is located at the bottom of the email. But for users who reply to you asking to be removed, the suppression list is the best approach. Customers can also be put on the suppression list automatically by the stampede system if their account details are invalid or if they have marked your email campaigns as spam.

To access the suppression list:

1. Go to the home page of the Stampede product, then click Marketing then Segments then Suppression.

    

   

    

2. Within the suppression list, click the "+" icon in the top right corner.

    

   

    

3. After clicking on the "+" icon, you will be prompted with a box to enter the customers email address. Once added, click on "Suppress User".

    

   

    

    

   Once you have hit "Suppress User", the customer will no longer receive any marketing campaigns from you.
