Users can unsubscribe from emails via a button at the bottom of each message, or be added to a suppression list if they request removal, have incorrect account details, or mark emails as spam. To access the suppression list in Stampede, go to the home page, click on "Marketing," then "Segments," and "Suppression." To add a user, click the "+" icon, enter their email, and select "Suppress User" to stop them from receiving marketing emails.
Your users can easily unsubscribe from your emails using the button at the bottom of each message. For those who reach out asking to be removed, using the suppression list is a helpful solution. Additionally, customers may be automatically added to the suppression list by the Stampede system if their account details are incorrect or if they have marked your email campaigns as spam.
To access the suppression list, follow these steps:
Navigate to the home page of the Stampede product, then click on Marketing, followed by Segments, and then Suppression.
In the suppression list, click the "+" icon located in the top right corner.
After clicking the "+" icon, a box will appear prompting you to enter the customer's email address. Once you've added it, click on "Suppress User".
Once you click "Suppress User", that customer will no longer receive any marketing campaigns from you.
