How Do I Create A Review Page?

Stampede Reviews helps to boost positive reviews on third-party platforms while keeping negative reviews internal. It is easy to configure a review page and customise the email content.

If you have multiple venues you can create many review pages, each linked to the respective venue. 

You can configure the star rating you want to push out to third-party sites and configure the external sources that users are redirected to. With this, you can set up a review page where guests who wish to leave a 4 star or higher are redirected to Google Reviews to leave their review, while those who select 3 stars or less are asked for direct feedback, contained within the product.

Guests will receive the review email after X amount of time (configured by yourself) they have visited the venue or completed a booking (This feature is only available with Stampede Bookings). 

1. While logged into Stampede click Reviews on the navigation menu.

2. Click Add Review Page

3. You will be brought to the review page setup

4. Enter the Page Title (This is how the review page will be presented to yourself internally)

5. Select the Email button to enter the email settings.

6. Add your message subject, and body text and enable auto-send. If you have multiple venues you can assign the venue this page links to under When Someone Visits. Choose your time delay, (recommended timings are 24 hours for a restaurant/bar and 72 hours for a hotel) and click to send from your email address. If you have multiple emails you can select which one you want to send a review from. 

7. Click Done to save your email settings

8. Select your star rating to push customers to when they select the rating or higher

9. Select your platforms for pushing guests to, See How Do I Set Up My Review Sources? for additional help in syncing your connected platforms

10. Select your brand kit

11. Hit Publish at the top right to create your page!

You have now successfully created your first review page! You can send yourself a preview by clicking the mail icon at the top right. 

If you navigate back a page or click on Reviews you will see a new set of items unlocked, here you can view Responses for all review pages, view Reports and access the Boost Reviews Page.
