To edit payment details in Stampede, log in and click the Stampede logo, then select "Billing" from the widget. Click "Manage Account" under "Billing" to access your account management page, where you can update payment information, change account details, and download invoices. If the "Manage Account" button is missing, contact support via chat or email at support@stampede.ai.
It is quick to edit your payment details from within Stampede!
1. While logged into Stampede click the Stampede logo
2. From the widget presented go to Billing
3. At the top of your screen under "Billing" click Manage Account.
This will present you with your account management page, here you can add/change payment information, change your account details and download invoices.
If you do not see a "Manage Account" button, please contact support using the chat icon in the bottom right hand of the screen, or by emailing us at support@stampede.ai
