To set up a review page with third-party platforms, ensure you follow these steps: For Google, enter your business address and name without copying and pasting. For Facebook, authorise the connection by logging into your business account and selecting the correct page. For TripAdvisor, paste the profile link accessible via a Google search. The "Happy or Not" feature allows users to leave a star rating when reconnecting to WiFi, similar to feedback systems at airports. For more detailed guidance, refer to the linked article on creating a review page.
If you're putting together a review page and would like to connect your third-party platforms, here are some friendly tips to help you get everything set up correctly. If you haven't set up your review page yet, please check out How Do I Create A Review Page? for more information.
- Google: Make sure to enter your business address in the designated box. Just type in your address and business name, and you should see a prompt asking: "Is XXXX your business?". Remember, don’t copy and paste your venue address.
- Facebook: You will need to authorise the connection. Click on “Authorize”, and it will guide you to log in to your Facebook business account (in a new tab). Once that's done, simply select the correct Account and Page.
- TripAdvisor: Just paste the link to your TripAdvisor profile (this is the link that anyone can find through a Google search).
- Happy or Not: This feature allows users to quickly leave a 1-5 star rating when they reconnect to the WiFi. It's similar to the smiley faces you might encounter at airports asking for feedback on your experience.
