Survey cards allow you to present customers with quick like/dislike, and yes/no surveys. You could run this for if guests are at your venue for an event or like a certain type of food/drink. This is like Tinder where you are swiping to the left or right for the chosen answer.
You can use these survey cards to collect data for marketing, if you were using this for checking if guests were on holiday or locals you can then create a marketing segment based on the survey responses.
You can run Survey cards or Upsell Pages, but not both. See How Do I Create Upsell Pages? for more information on upsell cards. This is so the customer login journey is not too cluttered, you want to make it easy for guests to log in while collecting a robust data set.
1. Select your venue by clicking the Venue button (or Switch Venues if you have multiple, then select your venue)
2. Then select WiFi on the navigation menu or on the main screen.
3. Go to Surveys under Design on the WiFi menu. This will bring you to the survey configuration page.
4. Click the plus icon to create a new survey card.
5. Enter your survey question and upload an image
You can now view all your survey cards along with an interactive preview on the right-hand side, you can create more and reorder them to suit your needs. To enable survey cards make sure the card is ticked.
