After creating survey cards for your captive portal, you can utilise the responses for marketing efforts. Each new survey question automatically generates two segments. To view these segments, log into Stampede, navigate to "Marketing," select "Ideas" from the "Data" section, and scroll to the "Profile" section. Here, you'll find the segments for your survey question. By clicking the plus icon, you can add these segments to your marketing campaigns, enabling targeted customer engagement based on their survey feedback.

Each time you add a new survey question, two new segments will be created automatically for you. To check out these segments, follow these steps: 1. While logged into Stampede, click on Marketing in the navigation menu.
2. Select Ideas from the "Data" section.
3. Scroll down to the "Profile" section, and you’ll find two segments generated for that survey question.
4. Click the plus icon to add this segment.
You can now attach this segment to your marketing campaigns, allowing you to target customers who either appreciated or didn't like your survey question!
