If you want to send emails to customers when they have completed a sign-up form first you must create a form that adds a tag to the customer when they complete the form, see How Do I Create Newsletter Sign Up Forms? for more details on Newsletter Sign Up Forms.
1. While logged into Stampede click Marketing on the navigation menu.
2. Within the website section towards the bottom of the page, select Newsletter sign-up forms.
3. Create or select a form you have made
4. Under Tags click the plus icon to create a new tag or click the tag box to select a pre-existing tag.
5. Click save
6. Head back to Marketing and from the home screen select Ideas
7. Scroll down to the Customer Tags section and you will see your tagged segment
8. Click the plus icon to create and add this to your segment list
Now you have successfully created an audience linked to your newsletter sign up! This audience will automatically update whenever a customer completes that web form. Now you can use that segment for sending campaigns see Sending an Email Marketing Campaign for more information.
