On the loyalty dashboard will you be able to see the number of points which you have accumulated through:
Reward Automation
Stampede automatically allocates loyalty points when customers perform specific actions. Here’s how to set it up:
- Booking a Table: When a customer makes a booking and the booking status is marked as "arrived", they will automatically earn points. This is set up in the Stampede dashboard and ensures customers are rewarded when they are physically present at your venue.
- Connecting to Wi-Fi: When customers connect to your venue’s Wi-Fi, points are automatically allocated. This can be set to trigger once they log in to the Wi-Fi network, providing instant recognition for their visit.
- Writing Reviews: Points can also be awarded for customer actions such as submitting reviews after their visit. You can set this up through Stampede’s automated integration to track customer engagement and reward them accordingly.
Notification of Earned Points
- Once the points are allocated, customers will receive a notification in their mobile wallet, letting them know they’ve earned points. This encourages immediate engagement and rewards customer loyalty in real-time.
Redeem a Reward
If you wish to redeem a reward, select the reward that you wish eg Food.
In order for the customer to redeem the reward they will need to meet the minimal requirements stated on the rewards. You will also see a process bar to show how far the customer is until the reward can be redeemed.
The reward will only become available when the customer gets to the dedicated points.
Once they meet the requirement, they will be able to redeem and then show the QR code from the reward to the Front of House staff.
