In this article, you'll learn how to customise your Day Planner view and export your bookings.
The Day Planner includes several tools to help you switch views and download booking data. These features are ideal for pre-shift prep, exporting booking summaries, or viewing historical data like no-shows and cancellations.
1. Go to Bookings
Head to Venues from the left-hand navigation bar, then select Bookings to open the dashboard.
(If you have only one venue, selecting Venues will take you straight to your Bookings.)
2. Open the Day Planner
At the top of the screen, click on Day Planner to view bookings for the selected day.
3. Use the View & Export Options
In the top-right corner of the Day Planner, you’ll find a dropdown menu with several helpful options:
- List View
Displays bookings in a scrollable list by time, making it easy to view bookings in order. - Floor View
Shows bookings based on your configured floor plan layout. Great for assigning or checking tables visually. - Download 30 Days to Device
Exports all bookings for the next 30 days as a CSV file. Helpful for reporting or forecasting. - Download Day CSV
Exports bookings for the currently selected day in a spreadsheet-friendly format. - Download Day PDF
Creates a printer-friendly PDF of that day’s bookings perfect for FOH teams or daily service checklists. - Show Cancelled and No-Shows
Toggle this to display bookings that were either cancelled or marked as no-shows. Ideal for reviewing past activity or resolving customer queries.
Pro Tip:
Use the PDF export for your host stand or kitchen printouts, and the CSV export for deeper reporting in Excel or Google Sheets. These tools are perfect for making sure everyone on shift has the info they need.
