In this article, you’ll learn how to generate extra table combinations from an existing setup. This feature helps you maximise your space by automatically suggesting all possible table merges from a selected combination, giving you more flexibility during busy periods.
1. Go to Bookings
Head to Venues from the left-hand navigation bar, then select Bookings to open the dashboard.
(If you have only one venue, selecting Venues will take you straight to your Bookings.)
2. Open Combinations
Scroll to the bottom of the bookings page and click on Combinations to view all your existing table setups.
2. Generate Extra Combinations
Find a table combination you’ve already created and click the + icon on the right-hand side. This will trigger Stampede’s new Extra Combinations Generator.
3. Select Your Combinations
Stampede will now display a list of all possible table combinations that can be formed based on your current setup. From here you can:
- Make All Active – Quickly activate every suggested combination.
- Make All Inactive – Keep suggestions inactive until you choose to use them.
- Select Individual Combinations – Choose only the combinations you need to avoid clutter or unwanted table merges.
You may see a message saying “There are no more combinations that can be created from this one”, which simply means all valid setups have already been added.

While this feature offers powerful automation, it’s best to only activate combinations that make sense for your venue’s layout and service style. Overusing combinations can impact table management so choose smartly!
