When using the Stampede Loyalty feature, you may encounter some customers having issues when scanning the NFC tag. The reason for this can be as follows:
The device does not have an NFC chip reader.
The device does not have the NFC chip reader enabled
The device may have a faulty NFC chip reader
I have attached a table below that includes all the devices in the market that have a compatible NFC chip reader. If you don't see the customers device in this table, we recommend that you ask the customer to receive a stamp with a QR code. You can set up a QR code stamp here.
