How to Design and Set Up Gift Cards

In this article, I'll guide you through designing and setting up gift cards using Stampede's user-friendly gift card creator. These gift cards can be seamlessly integrated into your existing POS or billing system.

  1. Click on the 'Gifting' heading in the main menu.
  2. Click the add plus icon on the gift card to add it.

    • Gift title - This is the title of your gift card, typically used for branding purposes.
    • Gift description - This serves as a sub-header for your gift card title, allowing you to describe its purpose.
    • Gift email description - This description appears only in the email that includes the gift card.

    Branding

    • Header Image - This is the main image featured on the gift card.
    • Background Image - This is quite self-explanatory.
    • Theme Colour - This is the colour of the text on the gift card.

    Gift card Amounts

    • Here, you can create a list of amounts for your gift card sales; customers will only be able to purchase the amounts you provide.

     

  4. Once you've completed your gift card page, it should resemble the example below. If you're all set, click 'Publish'.

Note: If the "Publish" button appears greyed out, it may be because you haven't set up a Stripe account on Stampede. Stripe is necessary for processing payments for cancellation charges and gift cards.
