User Roles & Permissions
1. Super Admin
- Access: Full access to all features and settings.
- Best for: Business owners or IT leads who need complete control.
- Permissions:
- Manage users and permissions
- Access all admin and operational features
- View and manage reports, marketing, bookings, and integrations
2. Reseller
- Access: Full control over multiple admin accounts.
- Best for: Partner organizations managing multiple clients.
- Permissions:
- Add, remove, and manage multiple admin accounts
- Access all features across assigned accounts
3. Admin
- Access: Full control over one or more admin accounts.
- Best for: General managers or senior staff.
- Permissions:
- Manage team members and their permissions

4. Moderator
- Access: All features except admin-level settings.
- Best for: Supervisors who need full operational access but not admin privileges.
