These Terms explain how Stampede’s AI-powered features work, what they are designed to do, and the limits you should be aware of when using them. We aim to be transparent so there are no surprises.

Stampede acts as a data controller unless stated otherwise. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Human review does not imply verification, endorsement, or correction of AI outputs.
6. Availability and Performance

Stampede is not responsible for the underlying models or technologies provided by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
Because AI technology has inherent limitations, we need to set clear boundaries on responsibility.
Subject to any non-excludable liability set out in Stampede’s main Terms & Conditions, Stampede excludes all liability arising from use of the AI Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements.
Continued use of the AI Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
