This simply means that no devices are currently connected to the network. As soon as phones, laptops, or POS devices join, they will appear here automatically.

No changes are required. Your Firewall settings are already configured to keep your venue’s network safe. You can simply leave everything as it is.

The Console is a technical area used for advanced checks. You don’t need to make any changes here — everything you need is already set up for you.

This simply means your device needs a one-off update before automatic updates can start. Your Account Manager will take care of this — no action is needed on your side.
