When a customer leaves a review, it automatically syncs to your review page in Stampede, where you can view and respond directly. Use the Inbox feature to reply to negative reviews, ensuring it's set up in advance. Guidance is available for setting up the Stampede Inbox. Log into Stampede, navigate to Reviews, and select Responses to see all reviews. You can filter reviews by rating, venue, or source. Click the reply button to respond; if the review is from Stampede, use the Inbox feature, otherwise, you'll be directed to the third-party site. Mark the response as complete when finished.
When a customer leaves a review, it will automatically sync to your review page. From there, you can easily view and respond to reviews directly within Stampede.
You can reply to negative reviews using the Inbox feature, so just make sure you have it set up beforehand. If you need guidance, check out How to Setup Stampede Inbox if you haven't done so yet.
- Log into Stampede and click on Reviews in the navigation menu.
- Select Responses to see all reviews from all venues, or go to your specific page to view just those reviews.
- You can filter reviews at the top-right to change the rating, venue, or review source (and more!). Once you find a review you'd like to respond to, click the reply button on the right-hand side of the review.
- If the review is from Stampede, you can use the Inbox feature to respond. If it's from a third party, you'll be taken to that website to leave a public response.
- When you're done, simply click the tick button to mark it as complete.
