Analysing customer interactions helps identify venue popularity and understand database entries in the Stampede system. Access the 'Reports' section, then click 'Interactions' to view customer data. Use the 'Filter' icon to sort by venue and data source, and the 'Refresh' icon to update information. The 'Add Guest' feature is outdated; instead, add customers via marketing segments. The interaction page, redacted for GDPR, shows customer additions by time and venue.
Taking a look at customer interactions can really help you understand who visits your venues, which places are the most popular, and how customer information is being added to your Stampede database.
In the bottom-left corner of the screen, just click the 'Reports' button.
Next, click on 'Interactions' to see data on all customer interactions with your system.
- In the top right corner, you'll find a series of icons:
- The 'Filter' icon lets you filter by venue and data source (like import, WiFi login, etc).
- The 'Refresh' icon (which is quite straightforward) updates the dataset to show the latest information.
The 'Add Guest' icon is an older feature that is no longer in use. To add guests to your system, head over to marketing segments, click the downward arrow in the top right corner, and upload your customers.
