This guide explains how to access and customize your venue's standalone booking page on Stampede. Navigate to Venues Bookings, open Configuration, and select Link Builder to copy your unique booking link. Use this link on websites, social media, or emails. Customize the page's appearance via Setup Design to reflect your brand. External pages improve mobile optimization, loading speed, and layout reliability.
1. Go to Bookings
Head to Venues from the left-hand navigation bar, then select Bookings to open the dashboard.
(If you have only one venue, selecting Venues will take you straight to your Bookings.)
2. Open the Booking Links Section
Scroll to the bottom of the bookings page and click on Configuration. From the menu, scroll down to the Link Builder and select the 'Link Builder' tab.
Then
3. Copy the Standalone Booking Page Link
In the Link Builder page, you’ll find a unique link for your venue:
Example:
https://booking.stampede.ai/f4f70aa9-3e6a-47df-b0d1-cf5b3cf4f4e4/TVAQD7S5OBWR
Click Copy, and use this link on:
- Website navigation menus
- “Book Now” buttons
- Social media bios or posts
- Email footers or campaigns
Stampede hosts this link and reflects all design updates made in your Brand Kit.
You can also customise and create a new link for:
- Party Sizes - If you're running limited events for a specific party size
- Set date in link - Useful for special dates (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's, etc) and you want a link dedicated to this date only. Please note that this does not need to replace the original booking link; you can add this to a new button.
- Set UTM Parameters - Useful for links being hosted on Facebook, Instagram and other sources, to help keep track of where bookings are being made and your engagement.
4. Customise the Page Appearance
To customise your standalone booking page’s colours, fonts, and logos, go to Setup Design. This will take you to your business brand kit.
Your standalone page will automatically reflect any updates made there.
Pro Tip:
Using an external page means better mobile optimisation, faster loading times, and fewer layout issues. No embedding, no fuss—just a clean, reliable booking journey.
