Setting Up 5Loyalty with Stampede

Understanding the Integration

• One-Way Data Flow
  Stampede receives customer data from 5Loyalty, such as in-venue orders. However, data does not sync back to 5Loyalty (e.g., loyalty status changes).
• Guest Profiles
  Each transaction is associated with a guest ID, which is stored in Stampede for future segmentation and targeting.

Customer Data Handling

• Guest ID
  Every order is linked to a specific customer profile, enabling smarter customer tracking.
• Order Interactions
  Create campaigns based on customer behaviour (e.g. orders over a specific amount or made within a timeframe).
• Order Amount & Currency
  Use purchase value and currency type to segment audiences more accurately.

Automation Campaigns You Can Set Up

Depending on your loyalty program's structure, you can create the following automation campaigns in Stampede using 5Loyalty data:

• In-Venue Order
  Trigger messages based on purchases made in your venue.
• Last Seen in Venue
  Reconnect with customers who haven’t visited recently.
• Highest Spending Customers
  Reward loyal customers with exclusive discounts or perks.
