This integration enables Stampede to receive customer data from 5Loyalty, allowing for targeted messaging based on customer interactions.
⚠️ Please note: This is a one-way integration. Stampede receives data from 5Loyalty but does not send data back (e.g., loyalty status updates).
Setting Up 5Loyalty with Stampede
Understanding the Integration

Stampede receives customer data from 5Loyalty, such as in-venue orders. However, data does not sync back to 5Loyalty (e.g., loyalty status changes). - Guest Profiles
Each transaction is associated with a guest ID, which is stored in Stampede for future segmentation and targeting.

Depending on your loyalty program's structure, you can create the following automation campaigns in Stampede using 5Loyalty data:
- In-Venue Order
Trigger messages based on purchases made in your venue. - Last Seen in Venue

Reward loyal customers with exclusive discounts or perks. - Lowest Spending Customers

Importing Voucher Codes from 5Loyalty
Voucher codes generated in 5Loyalty can be imported into Stampede and used within your campaigns. These vouchers can be applied to:
