Once you’ve scanned the customer’s loyalty QR code, you’ll land on the Universal QR Scanner page.
Here’s what you’ll see:
- Customer name
- Points balance
- Reward options
- History of points
- Option to Add Points
To manually allocate points:
- Tap the Add Points button.
- Enter the number of points you’d like to add.
- Confirm the update — and you’re done!
