When It’s Triggered
This campaign automatically sends one month before the customer’s birthday month.
Here’s how it works:
When a customer’s birthday is collected, both the day and month are stored.
The system looks at the month field to identify who has a birthday coming up next month.
All customers with birthdays in that month are added to the Birthdays Next Month segment.
Example:
If today’s month is August, the campaign will target all customers with a birthday in September (e.g. 01/09, 15/09, 30/09).
How to Set It Up
Trigger – Select Birthday Next Month as your trigger.
Segment – Create or select the Birthdays Next Month segment to target only guests with upcoming birthdays.

Email Content – This template can be found in the template area of the emial section. Include a friendly “Plan ahead” message and add a clear booking link for convenience.
